CM-230 conductivity meter is an industrial on-line conductivity value monitor. On the basis of maintaining the original product performance, the digital circuit of single chip microcomputer is used for measurement and temperature compensation. Wiring instructions

Zero – instrument zero adjustment button (when the electrode is dry and the instrument display is not zero, adjust this button to make it indicate zero).
Check – electrode constant adjustment button (move the short-circuit plug to check position, adjust the potentiometer to make the instrument indicate electrode constant value).
Electrode installation
Installation precautions:
(1) the electrode shall be installed in the place with low position, stable flow rate and not easy to generate bubbles in the pipeline;
(2) the horizontal and vertical installation of the conductivity cell should be deep into the active water body;
(3) the measurement signal belongs to weak electrical signal, and its acquisition cable shall be wired independently. It is forbidden to connect it with power line and control line in the same group of cable connectors or terminal boards, so as to avoid being affected by damp, interference or breakdown to damage the measurement unit;
(4) if the measuring cable needs to be lengthened, please contact the manufacturer or make an agreement before supply.
Set up
After the instrument is installed, turn on the power. Please do the following:
1. Constant correction:
Move the short-circuit plug K1 of the rear panel to the check position, and the data displayed on the display screen is the electrode constant value. If the electrode constant is inconsistent, adjust the check adjustment button to make it consistent.
2. Range selection:
Move the short-circuit plug of the rear panel to different ranges to realize range switching. For the best resolution, select the appropriate range. If the measuring range is too large, the reading accuracy will be reduced. When “1” is displayed, it means that the conductivity of the tested solution exceeds the range, and it should be switched to the higher range.
